New Name Follows Successful Integration

This change will strengthen the Opus brand internationally, and will help to further build its reputation as a successful professional services consultancy, providing a diverse range of engineering services.

Transport Minister opens 21st century Newmarket train station

13 January 2010

The Minister of Transport, Steven Joyce, will join an array of Auckland dignitaries including Local Government Minister Rodney Hide and the Mayor of Auckland, John Banks, to officially open a state of the art new Newmarket train station at a special celebration hosted by the Auckland Regional Transport Authority (ARTA) and KiwiRail on Thursday.  Customers will begin using the new station from Monday 18th January when train services resume in Auckland after a three week period to enable redevelopment work to occur around the rail network.

Clear Harbour Alliance

Opus Wins CIOB Award

Opus International Consultants’ (Opus) Yorkshire Office, based in Doncaster, has won the prestigious Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) South Yorkshire Award in the category ‘Leadership in People Development’. Opus was presented with the award at the Awards Dinner ceremony held at Sheffield City Hall on the 16th October 2009. Opus was also the runner up for the Sustainability award on the same night.
